Neurological disorder or injury
If you are suffering from a neurological disorder or injury, you can receive help at one of the Närhälsan rehabilitation clinics. It could be a long-term condition, or that you need to continue your rehabilitation after spending time in hospital.
This could include problems related to:
- A stroke
- A head injury
- MS (Multiple sclerosis)
- Parkinson’s disease
- ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis)
- Muscular dystrophy
Together, we can draw up an individual rehabilitation plan based on your personal goals.
Neuro team
Certain Närhälsan rehabilitation clinics also have a neuro team. The neuro team is made up of an occupational therapist, physiotherapist and speech therapist, all of whom have considerable experience and extensive knowledge of neurological conditions.
Either you or a relative can contact a rehabilitation clinic that has a neuro team for an assessment. As there is no need for a referral from a doctor, you can contact the clinic directly.
